    air temp sensor, wheres it go help

    yet another bit of help is needed, ive just bought this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ASTRA-CORSA-ZA...QQcmdZViewItem as my outside temp doesnt work on the centre clock, but does anyone know where it fits and what to lol.

    It fits on the middle of the front bumper mate, but tbh it doesnt really matter exactly where you site it - as long as it has external air flow. - the oval end should fit in the loom normally located around the front bumper/intercooler area.

    Would nip out and take a pic but I'm 9000 miles away.

    lol thanks for that fella i cant say ive seen anything loose near the front bumper but ill have another look tomorrow, if anyone can take an image or if you could when you getback please id appreciate it, ill probably not have one connected like most of the stuff on the car until we got our hands on it so i might have to find the start of the wire if you knw what i mean.

    its in a black sheath with a blue strip on my car, had to change mine to, lift the bonnet and its there, dont even have to remove the bumper

    If its a mk3 its on the nearside wheelarch front just behind the bumper - always grubby and wet.

    The mk4 is much cleaner and easier to spot. - slap bang in the middle of the bumper.

    i never had bumpers on my car when we bought the shell so ill have to have a look round and see if i can see anything in the morning thanks for that though.
