    Question Coupe air ducts on a none-coupe G!?!

    Right, as part of my astra's continual improvments I have purchased coupe front air ducts for the brakes. I intend to install them on my none coupe. I think Brett has put these on? Has anyone got any good pictures for me to look at so I can see how they are attached and whereabouts they attach to please? I'm thinking of doing this Friday night in my garage after work so want to know exactly what I'm playing with before I get very cold in my freezing garage.

    Cheers

    Dunno yet. Cost was about £5-6 each. I'm looking for pictures so I know exactly where and how they fit. As soon as I have these I'll bang them on and go for a taz around and let you know. If its any good its a cheap little mod. The fuzz use them on their cars so I guess they do something!

    part numbers
    L.H 24412672
    R.H 24412673

    Any vauxhall deeler should be able to get them for you. They should already be on coupe's. But if its any other astra it should be ok. As far as I can tell they fit on the lower wishbone.

    Those part numbers aren't turbo coupe air ducts, as they are quite substantial gubbins and fix directly to the rear of the slots in the front splitter, and channel air to the discs.

    What you have got are the auxillary ducting for the OPC1 hatch - they do indeed fit on the lower wishbone via a plasitc rivet per side - which I spose you've not got??

    Rivet = 24412674 x2
