Just a word of wanring
Saturday a day out of total frustration i have to get it off my chest, Please comment on what u think.
Been a customer at NAtionwide auto centres for 5 years now and all of my family use them for service, MOT and even putting parts on, never had a problem
Car booked into MOT 10.30 1 week in advanced agreed to pick it up at 12pm arrive for collect at 12 pm The car hasnt been touched.
Asked why just got we havent done it. Asked how long it would be and the assistant manager walked away.
Ok ill bite the bullet and just wait quietly. Finished at 1pm And got a FAIL
1 - sun visor too low - ok i accept that so i offered to pull it off
2- healight aim out- normally done out of courtersy
3- no fog lamp warning light- ok i put US spec white dials on so offerd to amend it.
GOt the answer of no no and no you have to book it in again with all corrected. Now im slighty pissed off.
I questioned them in a normal polite manner that they passed it last year with all them parts visor and dials, got reply well that was last year can you prove it, So i get the old MOT out signed and dated by them, they accuse it of being fake and have no records, So i ask the guy i know for 5 years got a answer Never seen you before .
Now quite angry that i get treated like this after 5 years service, i promptly advise them that ill speak to the manager and commented that your attitude is disgusting, Next minute the guy shouting that the law the law and i have problem, and got told my car crap anyway So Avoid Nationwide as there service is appaling not happy today at all
