    new magnex backbox fitted, but not straight

    fitted a magnex backbox to my astra, but it is not straight, only thing i can think of doing it to bend one of the support bars to get it straight

    anyone else had this problem ?

    first hing to check is that the centre section is lined up correctly, as this will affect the way the back box sits - slacken off the clamp after the cat/front section and give that a twist to see fi it will sort the problem.

    It's more likely to be that than the rear hangers

    had a look under the car and took some pictures, i am not 100% sure which part i should loosen move and tighten up to get the backbox to sit straight

    Loosen the backbox 'sleeve' clamp and twist until its central, then re-tighten...
