    Removing bump strip

At the weekend I was gona get my bump strips colour coded, but then I thought the car will look better with the bump strips off and just have that part smoothed out.

Is that a big job to do?

Ideally you need to get plates welded over the back, fill and smooth the dents and then respray.

both sides of the car will need respraying to blend the paint work and get a good match, its worth doing but with other mods at the same time, IE full kit, otherwise it will be an exspensive job.

MK4's don't look right without rubstrips IMHO. Best off colour coding them.
