    eibach springs............

    just had a pm, from another member, thanks by the way! is it a good idea buying used springs, i mean a new set is only £125, just lookin to save a few bob, i know tight as a fishes anal...

    Hi Mark, those will physically fit but the spring rate is wrong for your model. The spring rate on the turbo cars is higher to account for the heavier engine. If they go cheap enough they may still be worth buying and reselling to a GSi owner for a small profit and put toward your own springs

    Mine were red. Maybe sportsline are red and the cheaper ones are black.

    Your right Geoff those are the 45/30 springs, the 30/30 were black. As he had a SRi/T it may mean 25mm lower than that models ride height of -20mm than a standard model.
