    Fix my interior!!

I changed my led's today and when i was putting it back together i scuffed the vinyl on my dash behind the steering wheel and above my dials, any ideas for fixing a vauxhall dash and disguising the scuff??

I mean that it has ripped the vinyl and bunched it up so it looks horrible, its also right in my eyeshot and i keep seeing it. Would it be possible to warm it up and smooth it over flush with the rest of the dash again? Also whats the name of that procedure (bit like sanding your dash) that smoothes the dash, i saw posts about it before but can't remember what its called?
