Just been havaing a look at the Vauxhall web site for the VXR Astra, they have on the options list a Stainless steel sports exhaust system incorporating performance centre and rear silencers and connecting pipe - retailer-fit (excluding fitting)
Not for use on public roads. for 450.00

    Must sound good.

It is the milltek developed one, but it's not the full exhaust system. Despite what it says on the vauxhall website this option is street-legal, the full milltek replacement (~1200) definitely isn't!

No you don't get your old one back.

Coo - you get your old exhaust back as the exhaust is a dealer fit option. from what Ive been told the option is a car-back and it is listed as not for road use (presumably because the additional noise would take it over guidelines for new cars). If you want one fitted to yours I can get that arranged with a discount as well
