    Help!! Quickshift fitting

Hi all, i have an mtech quickshift kit for my mk4 1.8 and just having a look under the bonnet... Dont have a clue how to get the old one off let alone fit the new one.

Has anyone done this mod, if so any help would be much appreciated, i've had the darn thing for ages and still not fitted it.

    Cheers people

surely...you'll have instructions with it ??

....and I would have thought it was fitted from inside the car - at the gearstick end ?

I have instructions but its not the gearstick end, its underneath the fuse box, quite hard to get to. The instructions arent particularly brilliant. Here's a photo although its quite hard to see!

The part i'm replacing is underneath the water pipe u see in the centre of the photo.

not that hard to fit as long as you have a 4 or 2 post lift to get under the car a pit will work well as well you could lay on the floor and use ramps but fit this when the engine is cool as the engine is dam hot you will burn your self mate
