    speedo packing in big style were is the sensor

    soeone on here must know where the speedometer sensor is i really need to know how fast i am going, ive checked the rear drums but it ist there so it must be at the front of the car but i really need your help people.

    ive been told its on the wheels but i really dont know where, just need to sort it asap its becoming very annoying.

    Dannysport suggested it was on the rear wheel, a simple wire should be eay to find

    speed sensor on the 16v 's is in the passenger side front hub.

    On 8v's is on the gearbox.

    That sounds quite likely, my sensor is donald on that side and my speedo keeps packing up intermittantly. Hd to rely on the road angel for my speed quite a lot.
