    Thud selecting gear.

When selecting 1st gear i feel a thud as it goes into gear... now if i hold the clutch in and wait a few seconds all is smooth. i have bled the system for air and its fine so what can be the prob?

yeah might get it in. To me it feels like a pressure thing with the hydrolic system.... if i hold the clutch in for a sec or 2 its fine, nice and smooth and can select any gear! Its when i depress the clutch and select 1st straight away it thuds but still goes in freely.

Mine does that too mate every so often and has done for 6 months. I asked the dealership to have a check over when it went for the major service and they said that its nothing to worry about.

Glad its not just mine that does it to be honest!
