    coupe 2.2 - seems sluggish

Ok guys looking for your thoughts......

I had a 2.2 sri mk4 hatch, great car, nice feel, and it felt like a 2.2

I sold that and because i had a 2.2, i bought the couple 2.2 se2, but i don't feel as if it is nearly as quick as the hatch. I am aware of the weight fifference but even with this in mind it seems quick sluggish.

I derestricted the air box about 6 weeks ago, but didn't put the veccy pipe on it. Still don't notice anything??

    Any thoughts??

it might not have been serviced/treated as well as your old one, that might account for a few horses. only way to know is to RR it as said by Andy
Any info on V6 MK4 conversions greatly appreciated!

See i was thinking more along the lines of it may need serviced.
    It's a 52plate, but has only clocked 22,000 miles.

What if it has only had one service say after a year, or low mileage?
