    Mk4 Bonnet hydrolics

    Does anybody know where i could get bonnet hydrolics for a mk4 sxi. rough cost and how easy they would be to fit??

    Im guessing you mean bonnet lifters, and you can get them from lmf for £22 and tey should take about 15 mins to fit.

    Bonrath, HP-Raid, and Innx all make them although they vary in price from £22 to £45.

    it says in the link ( http://www.m1gst.com/vb/showthread....=bonnet+lifters ) that the bonnets are different on a coupe so they will not fit! Are they different? look the same to me!

    They are the same as the coupe too.

    yup def the same - I used bonnet lifters on my coup' turbo that I had bought for my old sport and they fit no problem.

    I can get them, but have to do group buys as I get them from germany... I did stop doing them. But if I get enough interest I'll do another bulk buy

    I can also get Bonrath and Raid (I think) but are quite dear, but again its not just worth ordering a just a few at a time if I can get 10 or more then I'll do it.
