I think I've gone as far as I want to go

    Suddenly it's hit me....

I think I've gone as far as I'm willing with my astra. Until recently I've always planned an engine upgrade at some point in the future as well as many other bits such as a front end respray etc etc.

Anyway, now I'm thinking maybe I've gone far enough and that it may be time for something new in the next year or two. This of course means that there's no point in doing anything else to the car as I'll never get my money back.

The big problem is that I'm not going to be looking for another car until this time next year at the VERY earliest so how will I hold off the urges? I guess I'll be spending a lot of money on the new flat for most of that time so won't be able to afford any but it's still a worry for me.

Does anybody else get like this?

Im the wrong person to ask. I guess keep your self entertained until you get rid of it.
I have been selling my car since I have brought it, then each time Im ready I do something else that greives me to get rid of it.

Saying that when I was doing my house up I never touched my car not once so keeping your mind of it would be the best bet.
Get your hands on the bird in red in chit chat, and at a guess you will forget how to drive
