    Speedo Dial Rings

    Hello,
i've noticed that the sporty astras after 2000 have the alumminium speedo dial rings, (Mine hasn't ) i've seen some on ebay, and i was wondering if any1 had actually fitted some of these to their car and how easy it was??

here are the ones i have seen on ebay: Click here, i think they make the dials look that bit more sporty,

Any help would be much appriciated

    Jon.

I've been looking at a set of these for ages now, gonna take
a visit to vauxhall to see exactly how much they really are...

Totally agree with the sporty look feel coming from them.

You may wanna PM DimG (someone correct me if thats wrong)
as he does all this chroming and rings etc...

Forgot to ad, fitting them won't take no longer than
20 minutes (depending on how well the clocks come
out/go in!), couple a clips on the back then the plastic
cover will come of ready for the rings to be fitted.

or here though this one removes the dials from the dash for fitment. DimDG's rings are convex whereas the LMF/Irmscher ones are concave (Slope into the dial). Dim's are also a hell of a lot cheaper IIRC.

    Before/After mouse-over

    Cheers
