    Powerpipe

I'm thinking of getting this powerpipe as my first mod.

Is there any advantage to having one of these?
Has anybody bought this one or another polished one, I want my bay to be all stainless.

They are supposed to provide better engine response, as they dont suck flat or expand under vacum or boost conditions. In reality, there is little performance to be gained from them, but look nice to the eye.

A word of warning, that particular one does not look like it has a DV connection, so if you later decide to fit one, you may have to buy another. Promotasport make a powerpipe with a DV connection, or why not buy the blue Regal powerpipe, and get it polished?

stupid as this maybe but r the turbo and the normal Z18 XE engines have the same style air feed?

E.g. Could you fit that to the Z18 XE air feed?!

The normal pipes look a bit plain!!

No mate, that pipe runs between the intercooler and the inlet manifold on the Z20LET only. I am not even sure that Samco do a hose set like they do for the Z20. The DBilas inlet pipe should fit though, and thats huge, and looks quite good if you are after something that looks like a performance part.
