    HELP - Rear Brake Pads

    Chaps,

    trying to fit some new rear brake pads - I can not get the piston to return into the caliper?????

    Can anyone help??

    it twists back, you may need a special tool available from halfords

    or some clever use of some pin nosed pliers should do the trick

    got the tool from halfords the piston is twisting but not sliding back???

    any ideas?

    the best way to push the pistion back as long as the cap is off the fluid reservoir is to use a G-clamp and just go really slowly as u will fold the seals in the master cylinder
