afriend of mine has just put adjustables on his and it took some time to get it just right as to start with ride was so bouncy

Am looking at eibachs myself but my kit is low anyway and she is sitting on 19"s so i cant go more than 30m and remember there is already a small drop from vuaxhall anyways

40-45mm you can get away with Irmy kit but anything that comes lower like my GT/R front and you'll rip it apart

if you want just springs and only a 40mm drop then eibachs are a good choice. sometimes worth paying extra for coilovers in my opinion, as u can adjust the ride height accordingly, and also keep a comfortable ride. you can get a fk automotive coilover kit for around £430 or £620 for the same kit but with koni adjustable dampers (the kit i have). tbh i dont think its worth the extra for the adjustable dampers

I went for 30mm eibach springs (coupe turbos are 20mm lower than 1.8 and 2.2) so your probabley best get eibach 40mm springs. There £115 from LMF, and are by far the best spring kits. Your car will look more aggressive, be more confident in the corners, and your ride height will be spot on.

The thing with full adjustable kits are, there more expensive, and alot stiffer, plus when you adjust them to your own setting, you tend to leave them to seize up. So springs are a really good option
