    Talking Wow

    Few weeks ago had the vectra remapped with Cs2.

    Now getting 230bhp / 260lb/ft.

    Had a few wierd probs on the way so far.

    Lost me throttle pedal for some reason apparently the early astra turbo pedals had problems, potentiometer goes tits up.

    Few maf sensors - think thats normal with the z20

    But she flies, still got to sort exhaust work, should be getting a bit more boost once thats sorted bit restricted at the mo.

    sweet car - untill PV i didnt know there was so many Vectra turbos

    Kev, yea there are a few about now, mainly c20lets not sure how many if any z20's.

    Nice , like the Veccies, not so much the new ones though ! Is there any mesh protecting the IC or is it completely open ??

    Its open at the mo, need to mesh it to protect the IC.

    Think the wiring was hardest, mainly because the loom i had was from a vx220 rather than an astra turbo so had to make some of the loom. Mounts were same for gearbox, linkage converted and throttle pedal installed and wired direct to ecu.

    Tricky bit was immobilzer , because i got suppied the incorrect immobilzer key so was farting around with that most of the time. But if you get a complete car i would say its fairly easy to do.
