Removing dead bodies from the front of the car?

Whats the best thing to get flies etc off the bonnet/bumper of the car? ive given it a good wash and the remains are still there. I dont want to use anything too harsh incase i damage the paint work.

Ive got a very long drive at the weekend and i know im probably going to have to use a shovel to get the worst of them off.

Did a quick search for this but didnt find anything (although im sure its been covered before)

Autoglym Super Resin Polish usually does the trick, good for tar spots too, though Autoglym also do a Tar Spot remover so that'll work on flies too.

Oh and T-Cut will get em but thats an extreme case!

Don't use that Turtle Wax Bug Remover - well messy and doesn't do a great job

Bug Blaster from Tesco. Its in the car section and is a pink liquid in a clear squirty bottle. Works wonders. I even pour some into my screen wash to help with the wipers. Its not dangerous to paintwork and costs less than £3 a bottle.
