    suspension help please

Firstly i would just like to sey hello to everyone on the site as i have just joined. secondly i think im going to lower the car using ebach springs for now but could do with a little info on which to get, either the pro kit of streetline kit. Also whats the ride and apperance like. finally with the GSI being 20 mm lower to start with does this mean the car will essentially only be lowered 10mm F & R etc or do the dirrerent weight variations compensate for this.

Not too sure which is which at the mo - but iflyou go less than -40mm, you should really be looking at getting uprated shocks as the standarsds will bottom out.

Handling will improve, but ride will suffer a bit- but still be bareable

correct - the Gsi is -20 already over a 'standard' Astra, so a -40 spring will infact make it 20mm nearer the black stuff.

    hope that's helped
