How much for a spare key?

Just a quicky - can anyone give me a rough cost that vauxhall would charge to copy a key for a coupe?
    Thanks

If its just a basic key then our dealership charge £14.90 + vat
if you want the horse shoe style (takes the remote) then its £21.50 plus vat
remote is about £30-£35 approx and you have programing on top

    hope this helps

Great - thanks. I just wanted a rough estimate. The seller only had one key when i brought it, so need to sort something out really. I guess if i just buy a basic key, at least i can get into the car in an emergency.

Sorry to bring this up again, but is it worth buying this:http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...sPageName=WDVW
then getting the right type of key to fit it, and then get it programmed?
    thanks

You will still need the metal key and transponder chip if you buy that

I've been looking at one of the complete ones and hoping the transponder can be reprogrammed to my car and a new metal key can be cut andinserted into it
