    bloody ignition barrel :(

    broke mine.. the little button on it the clips it in place has snapped.. so ignition barrel wont stay put.

    Vaux want silly money for a new 1 and cant even give me 1 that will use the same key as my door lock.. wtf

    Very pissed off now!

    turns out this is the only set back i have now - It does work if its taped in place but i dont think i want to live with that forever.

    Any1 else ever had experiance with these bits and vauxhalls??

    They should be able to that what your Key Codes for on your security pass!

    thats the problem, lol

    and what do i do about new engine.. new transponder for key.. bu no new pass.. hows that deal work if i lose the key with transponder in it ?

    Ahhh Bugger.

    Could be very expensive then if you lose athe keys!

    You can get the car pass from any dealer - all they need is to see the car's vin plate.

    That's how they got mine anyway

    ah maybe... wouldnt help for the new engine and transponder though as i dont have the vin plate of that car.. got the engine number though wether that would help.

    it takes 20 min to get a new transponder code it took vx 40 min to code 2 sets of keys for me without my car pass id thing

    Skuzzle there is away around it, give courtenay a call and see if they will help. I had a similar problem with my V6.
