    Question Any mobile phone experts out there

    Can anyone give me an opinion on which is the best out of these phones.

    I know they're bulky, but I always fancied having full internet on my phone. Not too keen on the blackberrys. Unless someone can convince me they're the wasps nipples.

    I can give you an opinion on the XDAII as I have one. So far I have been really impressed with the features (considering I had a V3 before this), it seems to do everything I ask of it and more. TomTom Navigator software is a real plus. The Windows Mobile software is also really well made, but it does have its disadvantages;

    It can be slow at times, especially when it has just finished syncing with the PC and every now and then it freezes and I have to soft reset it. On two occasions so far it has completely reset itself, and gone back to the original factory settings, therefore it’s a good job all my info is stored on my PC and that’s what the XDA syncs with.

    Conclusion: well made phone, but can become fragile at time, 8/10.

    have a look at the blackberry 7100 Jace, they are lot more 'phone like' and dont make you look like your nurseing a black eye everytime your on the phone!

    out of those choices you've put i'd have to choose between the Qtek and the XDA, if the Qtek is what it says it is (the same as the XDA II but better and cheaper) then I'd go for that. But I'd want proof first....

    thanks guys, nice to get some constructive responses.
    Gaz: is it expensive going online with it? How much was the software for TomTom? cheers.

    I'll have a look at the 7100 Darryl, and rule out the M500 thing. cheers.

    Anyone else got a tuppence worth?

    Considered a Nokia 9300?? I've got one of those, they seem quite stable, only locked up twice now and both times have been when someone has bluetoothed a vid over,although most seem to transfer OK.

    I know its a lot different to what you've been looking at, but you can hold this up to your head without feeling a muppet

    Prefer the idea of a touch screen, but I'll have a proper look into that one too. Still looks like a brick though!

    Jace, I just got my phone bill in, I got charged £30 for GPRS, that includes browsing on the web, checking my e-mails and checking traffic on TomTom. I personally think that's too expensive and I wont be using it much in future.

    TomTom stuff was £200 for software, GB map and bluetooth GPS reciever.

    Hope this helps.
