Fitting Rear brakes to 1.6 without

I am hopefully getting some mk4 astra gsi front & rears brakes, im getting the 5 stud hubs (as mine are 4 stud), the calipers & the discs.

The fronts shouldnt be a problem, but how will i get the rears to work? Do i need the complete rear axel?

Really need some help with this 1.

    Cheers
