Sorry to be a pain guys but I need some on advice on the noise suppressor I`ve bought.
It`s an Autoleads PC4-50 Noise Suppression Wiring Kit, 60Amp power feed noise suppressor for installing into engine compartment.
As you can see, on one end it has the possitive and negative wires which go straight onto the battery, and the other end has just the possitive wire which I`ve connected into the inline fuse wire, which then goes to the possitive of the PS2 and screen power cables.
With this in place and everything connected back correctly, I powered up the ps2 and screen and still got the scrolling lines on the screen. I get NO humming noise through the sound system and the inverter is also quiet.
Am I using the right type of suppressor or should I be using a `Choke' type??
Any help would be great, I will be on the stand at Redline tomorrow so if anyone would like to take a look for me I would very much appreciate it.
