Arrow New alloys for the G?

Alright everyone, at present I have an SXi with the standard 15 alloys on. Im looking to change these but have a few questions first:

What off set would I need? I always assumed that around ET45 would fit, whats the lowest/highest that I could go?

Rolling on 17, how harder would this make the ride, as I prefer a comfy ride as apposed to a firm hard ride.

What would you recommend, Im looking for some 6 spokes?

    Cheers

Suprisingly, halfords have got a good deal on! Really! 20% off all the tyres and they had loads of nice ones for 300 odd with tyres - If I wasn't set on getting some MVK3s or the simliar wolfrace ones, I'd have bought some last night...

As far as I could see - pretty much anything available in the range - they just order them in as you buy - the guy I was chatting to said they'd get them in within 3 days. I noticed wolfrace, 100 something or other, RS...Ive got the advert in a mag, I'll go look...

Nope, 3 mags later and I cant find it lol...MVKs where there (although they were more expensive than I've seen on the net) they did have a pretty decent selection tho.

The bigger wheels u get for ur car the more u can kiss comfort good bye, fact of life. But hey, it's well worth it Go for 18s or 19s, there is next to no difference in comfort as opposed to 17s U'll need to be more careful regarding pot holes and stuff but, again, it's well worth it.
