    Cool New Rear Clusters

Well - with thanks to Ben (Cartwrightb) I today became the the proud owner of a set of tinted rear Irmy clusters which I promptly rushed home from work tonight to fit.

A nice quick and easy 10 min job to swap them over with the standard kit (despite losing a screw thing down the bloody gap ) and a bloody good fit they are as well. All in all a stark contrast to when I replaced the rear clusters on my ST170 I can tell you !!

Anyway here's some pics - finishes off the rear end nicly imo

Thanks go to Ben for getting them in the post so damn quick - cheers mate !!!

Looking really nice. Agree about them finishing off the rear end.

Been after a set for a while, but IMO they're too expensive from LMF, how much did you pay for them if you don't mind me asking?

Looks good. I haven't seen a good fitting Irmscher though. Nothing beats the standard unit in terms of fit and finish. Has the backing changed from the standard or is it now the same? The one I had before had a totally different backing and fitted very poor (needed heaps of washers to make it look "OK".

As far as I can see the Irmscher item was a copy of the standard kit just in a different colour. The fit is absolutly perfect - there isn't a single gap anywhere in the seal, and they sit perfectly. That's even with one of the screws missing from the left hand light.

looks great, those lights suit silver cars a treat.

Not digging your assortment of badges personally as i like the smooth look but its a damn nice car.

Personally I like to have something on the back and I would really like to the keep the 2.0lt Turbo and the GSI badge but not sure what to do with the left handside. I have been thinking about - removing the "Vauxhall" and "Astra" Badges and replacing them with Irmscher and OPC badges.

    Not sure.....

    Opinions and suggestions welcome !!!
