    Speaker upgrade

Hi all, I want to change the front and rear speakers in a 99 (S reg) 3 door sri, but cant figure out how to get the door card off to get to the door speakers? I think the door card is in 2 pieces? I've undone the 3 screws at the bottom of the door but that obviously isnt enough? I dont even know where to start on the rear speakers?

And....does anyone know of decent speakers that will slot straight in???? I want to avoid putting speakers under the rear shelf....I'd like to fit them in the standard pods???

    HELP!

Thanks for that.....do you know of any good, clear speakers that I can replace them with? I want a nice sound, not something where people here me coming for miles!

Also how do I change the rear speakers???

To change the rear speakers properally on a 3 door and coupe to if anyone else is reading this really you need to remove the rear seats so you can get the panels off.

I'll leave speaker recomendations to someone else

I have some focals which sound really good lots of detail and not over the top sounding. They are not the cheapest around but the quailty is fantastic IMO.

we need to know a maximum price you are willing to spend!!

as MAT G has said focals are good but for real quailty you want something along the lines of boston aqusitics which are around £400 a pair

but then the pioneer speckers i have got are pretty good considering they only cost £60
