Can anyone recommend any good insurers for younger people, with slightly modified cars! so far tesco and Norwich union are sky high because i have had a crash recently. (modifications being a set of alloys )

Insurance is pretty much a lottery dependant on so many factors - postcode, occupation etc.

The only way to find the best for you is to phone/shop around.

click me for a few to get you started.

    best of luck
