    Mk5 Interior

Would the seats from a mk5 astra go into a mk4? Would there be much work involved in this?

Best person to speak to on this would be Pete as he has both mk4 and mk5 cars.

The mk4 fitment system is very simple so it should be very easy to tell if they will fit on the runners. If they dont then you need to see if the mounting holes for the runners on the mk5 are anything like the mk4.

Also you have to consider the seatbelt pretensioners and if the mk5 or mk4 seats have airbags or not.

After the greif from the seat height adjuster and seating in general on the mk4 and vectra, I would expect them to have redesigned the seating tbh, would be very suprised if they didnt

Damn, that's not quite an oppurtunity for me to post a pic of my interior but I'll keep my eye on this thread just in case!

As Brett said, they probably re-designed them but i guess with a bit of welding of subframes you could fit any front seats you like. And if the rears dont fit I suppose you may be able to take the cover off and put it over the MK4 one somehow?..... I should say that I dont know any of this, I'm just offering ideas.
