    Angry Churchill Insurance = ****'s

really foooked off at the moment.
Just rang them and asked how much it would be to add an induction kit to my 2.2 coupe. They rang me back saying how much would it increase the BHP, i said about 2BHP or something. Then then rang me back again saying, they cant allow peformance mods to my policy as im only 21..

Bearing in mind when i was choosing my insurance company i rang them up, and asked them about mods/performance mods ("Yes thats fine to have them aslong as you let us know") so fine i thought..

I shouldave got it in bloody writing! NOBS!

Not happy, as im going to have the hassle of changing insurance providers now, and churchill were doing a pretty good price.

Was thinking of adrian flux, what are they like?

    p.s Hate churchill < Rant Over >

I know when I had my 1.8 sport and I put an induction kit on, my insurance company Privilege - asked for evidence that it hadnt improved the bhp of the car by 10bhp, which basically meant i had to put it on a rolling road, after weeks of chew, they finally agreed that it wouldnt be more than 10bhp and insured it......

I know Devious Dave has just got a very good quote from Adrian Flux, he was very impressed. I will be ringing them next week as my renewal is due

i tried HIC they gave me a silly silly quote! its a 53reg 1.8 sri with cat back exhaust i am 21 with 4 years ncb and they wanted 1900 quid!!!!!!! tried adrian flux: £960 with same details and norwich union £980 so i just stuck with norwich union as i had been with them for the previus year, they only added £20 on the quote for a cat back system.... i think thats quite good!
