    sky tv is goosed !

my sky tv seems to be goosed. Keeps saying there is no signal being recieved. Now I know the dish is ok as another box runs off the same dish.

Any ideas or should I just phone them and see what they say ?

Give them a call (I have found then very helpfull many times) they will go over a load of instructions with you first to see if they can get it to work. Make sure your phone line is plugged in before you call as they can send updated software to your box. If that doesent work you will the following options:

If you have had less than a year they will come out and test the system and change any faulty parts. If you have had it longer than a year then they charge you £65.00 to do it and you get 3 months warrenty with the new box.

Had same problem, its the box.

New (reconditioned I suspect) box, no problems.

Until I suspect 3 months has passed.
