Hi, thanks for the reply, I have found these two connectors will they do the job or not?

They seem to be cheaper than the ones posted in the link above but they might be a good reason for that (they don't work???).

    Any ideas?

I guess those 2 items above are a pattern part for the alpine headunit. I couldn't say if they are any better or worse than the alpine ones

Hey if they come with a warrenty and your told they work and they don't you can always return them

Yep your right, might give em a try will try and get an answer off them to see if they will work first.

On another note you don't know where I can pick up a replacement passenger side electric window switch do you?

    Cheers for your help.

You could try your luck at a breakers, would have thought all MK4's use the same use the same window switch. Failing that they shouldn't be that expensive from Vauxhall

The bits from Car Audio Direct worked on my JVC. The vehicle interface is the same, just need the adaptor for your headunit

You'll need to buy both bits
    Part 1: Vehicle Interface - £31.99
    Part 2: Radio Interface - £4.99

    plus £1.50 delivery.

Excellent service from these guys too.
