boss not happy, broke his van!

Well yesterday was wasnt such a good day, the boss asked me and a workmate to deliver an important package to a company about 20mins round the corner and pick up some parcels on the way back. so we set off down the main road to find it closed for road works, so had to take back roads.any way on the trip back we came round a bend onto a fairly straight piece of single track road, saw a car a good distance coming towards us in so i stopped but this car had other ideas and kept coming to smash right into the front of us! every one was ok, she said she just paniced and didnt get the brake pedal! her car was a new clio, its a right off, and the van might be 2 yet! she hit us at about 35/40 mph. me and my work mate couldnt believe it! so boss is a pissed off, its the only van we have!

yeah everyone was ok, slight sore chest from the seatbelt but fine now. its good that we can joke about it, but like u sed, could of been alot worse.felt sorry for the lady in the clio, she had to be towed, but we pulled the front bumper the rest the way off and slung it in the back and managed to drive the sort distance back to work.we lost all the coolant so was a bit worried we woudnt make it but we got back.
