If i am correct, the car will feel as if it is being held back and does not want to accelerate at all. Turbo is not boosting so well, if at all.

Someone will correct me and call me a dumbass if this is incorrect im sure

When I lost the AMM on my car it ran OK, but I also lost the ABS and TC as well as the management light (2 or 3 warning lights on). I don't know why that it did that, but the dealer who fixed it said it was something to do with the 'limp home' mode disabling the intelligent throttle control which the ECU has (the ECU can alter actual throttle position, even if you have it flat on the floor, Jon Shield explained that to me on Saturday  )
