Would these alloys fit my astra....

hi guys, am interested in buying some alloy wheels of someone.

they are kahn RSC's. All i know about them is that they are 8 x 18", 4 x 100 and are et45 with 215/35/18 tyres. they are coming straight off a bmw mini.

now my car is a 3dr astra hatch and is lowered with eibach sportline springs 45/30mm.

will these fit my car and if so will it require any work to make them fit?

i dont know much when it comes to alloys so bear with me guys ops:

    cheers

8x18 may cause a slight scrub but they should fit fine if that's the correct details and you have a 4 stud car ofcourse :P.

Arches may be slightly bigger on my estate, but I also have 8x18 wheels and there is no sign of scrubbing at all. Offset is 40 and tyres are 215/35/18. Lowered 40mm front and rear.

you will also need to check the centre hole measurements.

All Mk3's are the same and as far as I know all types of Mk4 have the same axel size as the Mk3, 56.6mm.

i just checked the size for the mini and it is:

    "Mini C/Bore 56.1 Bolts 12 x 1.5"

does this mean it wont fit my astra?

Nope, depends on the center hole diameter of the wheels

They'll fit fine, you may need to roll the arches a tad if it's lowered.
The centre of the wheel needs to be 56.6mm, so you'll have to go buy some spigot rings from somewhere that deals with Kahn wheels.
Tyre size is pretty much spot on for the gearing and speedo. Even the bolts are the same!
