    Kenwood psw9524

Managed to get myself a good deal on one of these today, they are discontinued now so i got it for £200 and £30 for a display and stalk adapter, even got if fitted for free. Not bad for a £550rrp unit.

So far there are too many functions to go through but i am well impressed.

    Recommended to anyone.

the adapter is probably the steering wheel controls only for that price, the heads up adapter is pricier.
why do today what you can...... I'll finish this later

i got it all from halfrauds, the lead is an autoleads jobbie, i can get the part number if you want and i payed £31.99, thats how much halfords are doing them for but i think it's a special order part.

I know what you mean about the prices, i was quaoted £80 for the display one as well as the stalks but it must have been my day.

Let me know if anyone wants the part number.

this is the part number, i'm sorry i don't know if it will fit on your stereo, it is PC9-706, on the box it only says that it does the stalks, doesn't mention the display, but trust me it works for both on the 9524.

Yeah that is the one i have. it does the display as well as the steering controls if your head unit is designed for this. The link above shows what units it works for. I had an old 677 kenwood but had to use one of the older interface boxes which involved mounting an infra red eye to control the radio. They were a lot more expensive.
