Speak to Phantom aka Matt Smith, he's had his Zafira mapped at Courtenay......from what I remember he's running the new FMIC, sports cat and full milltek system, panel filter and Vectra C inlet.

Smooth is what I want. I already spotted phantoms posts about this - is he the only one so far then? If any of you know me, you should know that I only really have a choice of Courtenay and AMD (even though I live right near Southampton) ops:

    I'm here!!!!

I have nothing but praise for the RR Re-Map Courtenay did for me, it drives just like a factory car but obviously much quicker, but the torque curve is very very smooth and pulls all the way to the limit holding the boost all the way. The economy of the car has improved as well.

    My figures are :- 255.9 bhp and 276.9 lb/ft.

    My Spec :-

    Courtenay RR Re-Map
    Courtenay Bottom Mounted Intercooler
    Courtenay Pre-Cat pipe
    Courtenay Sports Cat
    Milltek Exhaust System
K&N filter in de-restricted air box
    Cool Stat

These re-maps are well worth it. Hope this helps.

Paul Knifton AKA KNIFFA has his SRi Turbo Astra G booked in at the end of this month.

His spec is pretty much the same as mine, well it will be once the new IC is fitted.

The cool stat is probably worth it on a modded car, but not worth it on a standard car.

Phantom - I am hoping to go for a similar spec:

    Mod'ed airbox and panel filter
Complete Milltek system inc precat and cat
    CS direct replacement IC
    CS RR remap

I'm impressed with your figures, I assume the difference is very noticable.

I have driven an Astra Coupe Turbo and felt it was no really that quick. I take it these mods would change it from this, to something a bit more lively?
