    Japanese Performance Show pics.........

Heres some pics from the Jap show at Santa Pod on the sunday just gone.

Was a good show, what we saw of it!!!!!!

Got stuck on the M25 for half the day, left Maidstone at 10.30, got to Santa Pod at 3.30!!!!!!!

Even so, grabbed a few pics, and saw Andy Barnes run a sub 10sec run in his R34

Also saw the Norris Designs Evo, which I absolutley adore!!!!!

    Lovely Celica..............

    Norris Designs Evo...................

    Some tasty Honda's............

    Skylines........

A pretty mad Supra with interior to match,
and NoS purge valves in the doors as dragon nostrils..............

    Sumo Powers 350Z..............

    Supra with GIANT brakes!!!!

    And of course, some Evo's..........

I was there too slimshady, shame you got there so late, you missed the 6,000hp top fuel dragster which did the 1/4 in 5.5 at 205mph, and was unbelieveably loud!

Did you see the 10,000hp fireforce 2 jet car aswell? I have pics which I will post, and I also have a few vids (no sound im afraid) if someone can tell me where/how to host them.

I went in my mates 200SX and met up with a convoy of Supras, Skylines, 200's Evo's and Scooby's and a Pulsar GTi-R (there were a few NSX's but they went before us)

As for Andy Barnes doing under 10secs - that was amazing!

I also love the Norris Designs Evo, but did you see him c@ck the start up big time! the driver smacked the wheel in frustration!

I just need to sort out the size of the pics.

Hope some one can help with the vids

Didnt see the other cars Darryl, but seen them before. They are pretty amazing.

The Nemesis Evo wasnt there from what I saw, really wanted to see the RC Developments Evo6 but didnt appear to be there either.

    A tasty skyline:

A guy called Phil owns this Nissan 200SX S14a; he likes to go drifting.

    A lot of horse power!

An MR2 Turbo powered Mini - it beat the 300 with ease!

the Top Fuel dragster reversing in its burnout tracks

    Nice paint RX7

The convoy; and a commercal 'cardboard box' rear wing

    Fireforce 2

    Fireforce 2

I have vid of fireforce going up the strip and a vid of Old VW Bug pulling a wheelie.

    Ta!

Cool! Where is the drift exhibition gonna be held? I'd like to go along if poss.

I went to the Jap show with my mate who is a member of the SXOC (same as Phil and James I believe) so I don't him personally I just know of him and have seen them both in drift events etc.

As Phil got into his car and drove off (we had been put right at the end of the strip) he drifted round the corner (just a small slow drift as we were on gravel) the next thing I hear is all of the 5 or so SXOC members standing around say 'he just can't resist it can he'
