The only product that will work really is thinners, but that'll also make your paint soft. White spirit might get the emulsion off, and wont effect your paintwork.

Alternatively get some G3 and use alot of elbow greese, or take it to a bodyshop who have a machine polisher and they'll get it off in seconds, but charge you

meguiars clay bar? still gonna need elbow grease though!

The paint is emulsion yes? Can anyone confirm that emultion is water based? Im not 100% sure. maybe a bit of white spirit will shift the spots, and then a dam good wash, polish and a wax

email meguiars/zymol/autoglm and see what they say.

ask a body shop what they use to get rid of overspray, and what they suggest you do.

    thats my 2pw!

Emulsion is water based, so it will come off eventually with elbow grease. You could try using a commercial cleaning solution, like they use on lorries to shift diesel soots etc

A bodyshop gets rid of overspray with a machine polisher, i know because i own my own bodyshop.

A machine polish does take the shine off your car YES, but if should be followed by a hand glaze polish and then a good wax like meguires or zymol, the shine will be as good if not better than before after that
