    Sods Law

We all experience it, probably almost everyday. But, what times has this affected you when you least wanted it to happen?

Lets start with: Going to work and you are running late.

    1) get stopped at every set of lights
    2) stuck following behind a bus/lorry/some old dude or learner driver
    3) traffic

What else has others experienced?

    this Squidge!!...

Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life so far...

Running late for work - got stuck behind every large articulated lorry going - at 5am in the morning

Got into work - and found that somewhere I had sat on someone else's chewed Hubba Bubba - pink on a navy uniform

Got onto the aircraft - thought the day could only get better - and was DELAYED

Got back to the airport after a seemless flight - once it had taken off. Things starting to look good

    and then.....

Got to the Staff carpark where I could hear a car alarm going off

    It was mine

Tried an hour and a half to try and get into the car - everytime I managed to open the door the horn kept going off

Managed to disable my alarm and then the battery was flat

This is the worst bit Had to get a jump start off a FORD FOCUS

Oh and it was peeing down with rain!

Does anyone have any ideas as to why the car's alarm would have gone off in the first place as I need to look into this

By the way the car is perfectly OK now!

...anyone else starting to think these sort of things come with an in-built self-destruct timer?!?! Iv had loads of mates where things break within a month of the warrenty expriation. (I had a sony CD walkman do exactly this! 12 months=fine... 12.5months=screwed!)

My Sky suddenly started (and still does) pixelating......

..... just after I said NO to the extended warranty !

I said no because the warrany was the same cost as a new installation

My kenwood Cd player in my bedroom cost me £600 so in addition to the 2 years warranty i took another 2 year extended warranty and guess what....

that in-built self destruct timer (as mentioned by B.A.D.) has started to work it's way in although it's kinda been set wrong as it still has two weeks left on the warranty

althought i cant say the same for my PS2 it's went on the blink and it's warranty was up 3 years ago

i've experienced all three of those at the same time!! lol

plus i've also managed to hit a kurb laying in the middle of the outside lane at 60mph and ripping a gapping hole in the floor of my 306 underside... plus smashing the sump in, denting the fuel tank, and coming so close to the brake and fuel lines it actually took the dirt off them! (hense why im gettin rid of her and goin for the astra! )
