As topic, has any got one of these on their cars?

    Is it any good?

I just noticed it as an accessory on the vauxhall website:

They are quite good for tight spaces, and especially for anyone witha tight garage, for all they cost itsw probably a worth while add-on.

I might be ordering some parking sensors in, will cost a lot less than that.

Will be about £55 for a 4 sensor system and £80 for a 8 sensor system (includes an LCD screen so you can see exactly how far you are from the obstacle in metres, as well as the beeping.

    Let me know

I got them fitted as a factory fit option on my convertible. Well worthwhile on the convertible due to the limited rear window view.

It beeps faster and faster until it is a continuous tone, which indicates are you 12 inches away. I would have preferrred 6 inches.

Although the sensors are on the back, they do reach into the rear corners.

My father had them added to his Vectra and I noticed they fitted a little speaker unit on the inside of the c-pillar. I am not sure where the speaker is on mine!

There are cheaper options though for after-fit, and they have more features. It just made sense for me to get it done and sprayed up to match when the car was made.
