Metropolitan Police Working for a Safer London
Shame they ain't working to make their drivers safer! I was driving home the other night, up a hill when some car comes racing up behind me. I sped up to about 40-45 MPH, all the way up this hill at 3am, and along the road at the top of it. When I got to a roundabout with street lights, I had a proper look in the mirror, only to realise it was a Met Police Astra behind me!  Followed me most of the way home, with no indicators at any point, but never pulled me... how's that for "a safer London..."?
Oh well, looks like any driving courses they may do go to waste
thought cop cars got steel wheels as they are stronger!!!!!!
that is where our taxes goe, putting alloys on cop cars!!!
I have seen a few interesting crashes involving Thames Valley cars but everyone knows there worse than the MET at driving, one of the crashes was at the bottom of my road and there is not much of a bend there at all.
But the best one i saw was on the A413 between Amersham and Chalfont St Giles where this police car ended up of the road while it was responding to an accident involving another police car further down the road, LOL @ TVP.
The driver side he was a police driver i know that. he said it would of been worse if any other person was driving as he has done driving tests with the met but he was going to fast did not see the cars at the lights turned to miss the stoped cars and took off in to the fence
