    All The DJ`s on AS

Just downloaded Mark-Djs Vol 30 and took a trip too www.dj-mixing.co.uk. Noticed a few other AS members and was just wondering what people are playin out there.

Ive got some Numark TT1 Profesional decks and a Numark Mixer with Kaos Pad. Absolutely in love with mixin, its almost as good as takin your gsi out for a spin. But i must say scratchin is in a league of its own, ****in love it

I can mix sort off, used to a lot but not done so for a few years now. Some of my mates are very good and play a lot of the birmingham clubs and radios.

I keep geeting tempted by some CD mixers though.......

I still have my 1210s and a Gemini 676, but with having a mortgage and a car I can't afford to spend £120 a week on vinyl like I once did ops:

I still cut it up now and again with some old school house and piano house, but now I tend to do all my mixing on the PC using Traktor. I don't like CD 'decks' but them new Technics ones look the DOGs

I would post my mixes up on Marks site, but I feel like I am cheating when I am not using the 1210s

Been lookin at CD decks, Would happily settle for the cdj-600`s, just not sure it would be the same. Think 2 X Vinyl and 2 X Cd is the way too go though.

How do you find scratching on the cds, i can imagine its much easier as theres no worry of the cd jumping if your a bit heavy handed. would love the setup you`ve got. if ya fancy selling for the right price let us know.

not selling sorry ! :0 2x vinyl plus 2x cd setup is the best way to go but means u need to carry and buy vinyl as well as cd then but the cd decks scratching is just not the same as vinyl you dont get the feel for it , DENON have some new ones where the lil turntable on the top actually spins round havent had a play but maybe that may give it a more realistic vinyl feel ??
