The Pro Drive front bumper question

Just wondering how similar the Pro Drive bumper is to the GSI bumper, for instance if I wanted to put the GSI mesh on my pro drive bumper, would it fit ok?

No, it won't. The GSi has a plastic insert, whereas the SRi Tubby has a proper metal mesh (which bends and damages easily when you hit road kill )

Damn, yeah I thought the metal was a bit flimsy when fitting the thing! Oh well it cant be that hard to customise with better quality mesh!

You can get a heavier mesh, with larger grille holes, from Foliatec. That is what is currently gracing my SRi Turbo, since the bumper was resprayed.

I feel a gratuitous photo spam coming on :P

I have larger guage mesh on my Prodrive bumper to match my Kamei grill, it's much stronger and has more of a motorsport look.

I can supply this painted if you're interested ?...........................

Steve W, I like that mesh as I have the same grill as you, how much for a sheet to fit the SRi T front bumper?
