    Need help choosing...

Hey I'm open to suggestions or recommendations on a new headunit..

I have around £300 MAX to spend but can go that little bit higher if its going to be worth my while.

I previously had a DEH-P77MP and that was great.. but now im looking for either a better (more fancy upgrade but needs to be removable) or.. better yet a CD/DVD/VCD thing which will allow me to hook up my inconsole-screen to it aswell as have the RCA outputs for my Sub/amp..

    Im enquiring about a:
    http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/prod...oducts_id=3079
    or
    http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/prod...oducts_id=3258

and im still browsing as we speak but any suggestions would be great and places to look for any DVD Type Headunits..

    Cheers

Brillant thanks I've found one of those DVD Players you have.. for £250 but its from USA? do you think I will get any troubles with the connections or anything like that? Because if not I'll keep on looking and possibly get the newer one if I can find it.

    Cheers,
    Alfy

If it's actually a USA model the radio will go up in odd numbers so some stations won't tune in.

Personally on your first list i'd go for the PIO-DEHP80MP, was looking at one the other day

Hey autosparks that headunit was originally what I wanted to get, it looks so nice its ashame they didnt make one with the Color screen/movies etc.. because that'd be such a great headunit to get...

The thing is my dad's in USA at the moment and he can get me one of these:
    http://www.pioneer.co.uk/uk/product_...nomy_id=25-110

for £400 so if it'll work in my car (radio i dont care about) I'll be very happy with it...

    Thanks for the info
I'll tell him to get one for sure then

It will work in your car yes, It may not have a ISO conector that will plug straight in but they cost nothing to buy and wire in yourself.

So if you happy with a radio that goes up in funny steps go for it, definatly a good price

You may also find that it will only play Region 1 DVD's (USA & Canada).
The UK is Region 2 i'm afraid.
