After a lot of research, I put on a full set of Avon ZZ3 on. They were a third less than the Goodyear F1...

Compared with Continental ContiSport, P6000, Nokian, Pilot HX, Pilot Energy and NCT5, they are the best tyres I've ever had. I'm still surprised at grip from them even now, especially in the wet. You have to be going a bit nuts to unstick them.

Turn in bite is great, they don't squeal and they are very quiet with a good ride. And they look good.

Cost me about £75 inc fitting on a 205/50/16.

I've got a set of Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3's on the way, from what I have been reading the are second to none, and have excellent wet performance, and with the state of the weather I can see now (yes, it's raining by me) that is a good thing!

I'll let you know how they perform once they are fitted!

Any decent tyre will be better than the P6000. Not a good tyre for the money at all.

I wouldn't get the ZE512 or get Kwik Fit to fit anything TBH as both are shite, well the tyres aint toooo bad, but Kwik Fart deffo are a bad idea

I was doing some research and came to the conclusion that G/year Eagle F1 GSD3s are the best to go for, i have been quoted £75 each fitted for 205/50 R16

I rate Toyo Proxes, really good for roadholding, but wear out quite quick

While talking tyres anyone had any experience with NANKANG NS2 tyres, really need at least 3 tyres ideally so thought i'd replace all 4 with these

Apart from that it will be the Avon ZZ3's
