Lexus lights, little help needed (pics)

    Hi all,

Just put on my s****y new lexus taillights, have to say i think they look the nuts!

Not to sure on the seal around the boot area (see pics) the original taillight has a rubber seal to cover the gaps but the lexus light has a plastic part but leaves gaps, just a bit concerned water might get in there. is it ok as it is or do i need some sort of rubber seal on it, if so from where can i obtain it?

    thanks for any help/advice

 Thats a bit of a gap mate, thats the problem with aftermarket stuff. I'd say water will defo get in there as it could run from the gap in the roof rails down the side of the boot and in there. Only thing you could do is run silicone round it, not ideal but.........

What is cross posting? Is it when you get angry and post it on a forum?

How can that be?? If they are specifically for the Astra G then the manufacturers should ensure they are a perfect fit.

My Red Clear Clear Red ones - made by Ultra seem to have a decent fit - not as good as the originals, but nearly there. the electrics have a sort of seal, so you might be OK. Wouldn't like a torrent to get through though.

m4nd the lights you're getting from me fit just as good as the originals as you can see below

though now I'm worried because of what Dannysport18 said, my new lights are the White Irmsher frosted ones :? guess I'll just have to wait and see
