DO you exercise? If so how do you find the moivation??
My liking to burgers, beer, fried breakfasts and choclate is begining to show finally Due to my job I have always been able to get away with eating what I like when I like but I think my days maybe numbered!!
So as I like my food and drink to much, instead of giving them up I will combat it with exercise. The only problem I am having is the motivation to do it. I used to run for the county cross country and was very fit, also played loads of tennis and ride my bike.
These days I go mountain biking now and again but thats about it, apart from walking toffee.
I am now struggling to find the motivaton to start getting fit again.....and I have tried a lot of times.....so what works for you?
